This bird just keeps showing up. This time on a purse, traveling around, still amongst giant strawberries and flowers; with a snappy geometric border across the top, sides and bottom. Pattern on Linen #FPB181P2009 Size:15in. x 12in.
A good size with an elegant simple shape. Mix up the paisley shape in various colors or do them all the same, a good place to use leftover worms. We made our strap from 3 colors of yarn. We made a braid of each color then braided the three together for one multi colored strap. Pattern on Linen #FPB1382004 Size: 12.5in. x 14in.
A tri fold purse inspired by flowers, birds and bees from my garden. Use as a clutch or add a strap. Pattern On Linen #FPBD1992009 Size: when folded 10in. x 8in.
The inspiration for this pattern comes from my love of Redwork Embroidery. On this pattern only the outline is hooked in an embroidery stem stitch. There is a full width pocket on front and back of the bag with a small pocket on each side. The lining is done in a fabric of your choice with same fabric used for accent binding. The strap is braided of linen and lining fabric then attached to the purse using a D ring and knotted. Full instructions included. A unique and beautiful purse with a nod to textile history. Approximate size: 15in. x 15in.
A great pattern to play with color and texture. Nice negative space adds interest. Try this with leather handles. Pattern on Linen #FPBD2010215 Size: 16in. x 12.75in.
